Candice Nicole Hunter 24,  a native of Illinois lost her life to  Domestic Violence on August 10, 2014 In Indianapolis Indiana. Candice was pursing her dreams of working in the medical field at a local college in Indiana .

 

In honor of Candice Hunter, Patricias Place Domestic Violence Shelter In collaboration with the CHF will award College Students residing in Illinois or Indiana who lost a parent/s or a parent/s became disabled due to Domestic Violence funds for college expenses
